1. How long does an escape room game last?

   • You have 60 minutes to complete our escape rooms. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time so that our staff can brief you on the rules.

2. How difficult are the escape rooms?

   • Mafia Life 5/10

   • The Lost Pyramid 7/10

   • Diamond Heist 8/10

   • Murder Mystery 10/10

3. Are the escape rooms scary?

   • Our escape rooms are designed to be fun, immersive, and family-friendly—no scares or jump scares here! The only room with a slightly eerie vibe is our Murder Mystery, which adds a touch of suspense without being frightening. Whether you're solving puzzles in the Egyptian Pyramid or cracking codes in the Diamond Heist, our rooms are all about teamwork and adventure, not fear.

4. What happens if we don’t escape in time?

   • Our skilled Game Masters will guide you through the solutions to any remaining puzzles and answer any questions you have about the room.

5. Can we ask for hints during the game?

   • Our escape room experiences are tailored to your preferred level of challenge. With a walkie-talkie in hand, you can request as many or as few clues as you need to ensure the perfect balance of fun and difficulty.

6. Is physical strength or agility required?

   • Not at all! Our escape rooms are all about the mental challenge. In fact, we have a 'two-finger or five-pound rule' in place: if you can't move it with two fingers or five pounds of force, it's not meant to be used. Everything you need to succeed relies on brainpower, not brawn!

7. Are the rooms handicap accessible?

   • Yes! Three of our rooms are fully accessible for guests with mobility challenges. However, please note that our Murder Mystery room requires navigating a small flight of stairs to access.

8. Are we really locked in the room?

   • No, guests are not locked in the room. The doors remain unlocked at all times in case of a bathroom break or emergency. However, we recommend using the restroom before your experience begins so you don’t miss a second of the action!

Booking and Group Questions

1. How many people can play in a room?

   • Diamond Heist: 2 - 8 escapees

   • The Lost Pyramid: 2 - 6 escapees

   • Mafia Life: 2 - 8 escapees

   • Murder Mystery: 2 - 8 escapees

2. Can children participate?

   • Escapees of all ages are welcome to join in the fun! However, children under 12 must have an adult present in the escape room, and children under 16 must have an adult on-site (no paid admission is required if the adult is not participating).

3. Do you offer private bookings?

   • You'll only play with the group you book with—no strangers included! We also offer private events perfect for team-building, birthday parties, and corporate gatherings.

4. What happens if we arrive late?

   • If your group arrives late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, on busy days, our schedule can be tight, so we may need to shorten your game time or, if possible, move you to another room. To ensure the full experience, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early.​

5. Can we book multiple rooms for a large group?

   • We’re happy to accommodate large groups by splitting them into multiple rooms and time slots! Depending on the size of your group and the availability of our rooms, we can arrange for different teams to play simultaneously in separate rooms or stagger start times to ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy the experience. This setup is perfect for adding a bit of friendly competition or ensuring that everyone has space to fully engage with the game. Policies and Practical Information

1. What is your refund and cancellation policy?

   • Our policy does not typically allow for refunds or cancellations. However, we are happy to reschedule your booking up until the day of your reservation to ensure you don’t miss out on the fun. In extreme cases, such as severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we may consider cancellations or exceptions on a case-by-case basis. 2. What should we wear?

   • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes to fully enjoy your escape room experience. Avoid anything too restrictive, as you’ll be moving around, solving puzzles, and exploring the room!

3. Are phones or cameras allowed during the game?

   • ​We kindly ask that you refrain from using cell phones or other devices during your escape room experience. This ensures that everyone stays focused on the game and avoids any spoilers for future players.​

4. What if someone in my group has claustrophobia?

   • ​For those with claustrophobia, most of our rooms are open and spacious enough that it shouldn't be an issue. However, our Lost Pyramid room does include some tighter, more confined spaces that could be uncomfortable for some guests.
